5-day Camp: $325

Robotics, Engineering, and coding all in one camp! Each day students will work on a STEM activity!

Monday & Tuesday: LEGO SPIKE ROBOTICS
Students build and program robotic projects. Younger students typically begin with the LEGO Education Spike Essential system, which introduces students to basic robotic concepts with projects that use motors, gears, and sensors which are programmed by students using a drag and drop programming interface. Experienced and older students work with LEGO Spike Prime robot where they learn to autonomously control the robot's movements, read sensor input such as light, distance, and color, using the LEGO Spike programming interface.

Wednesday: CODING
Students learn to code in Scratch, MIT's programming interface. Coding in Scratch allows children to understand basic programming concepts, program flow, and programming logic, through the creation of simple to advanced animations, interactive stories, and video games.

Thursday: LEGO MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Students learn basic to advanced mechanical engineering concepts using the LEGO Engineering system that covering concepts such as energy, balance, and mechanics that focus on simple machines.

Friday: SUMOBOTS ("BATTLEBOTS")
LEGO SUMOBOTS is an exciting activity where robots go head-to-head, attempting to push each other off a sumo mat. Children work together in teams to build motorized robots using LEGO parts. These robots are built to block, push, and disable other robots in a fun and friendly competition!
