Description

Robotics & Sumobots Camp

Session 1: June 8-12, M-F, 9AM-12PM, $325

Ages: 8-14 years

Learn about robotics by designing and programming robots to compete in a SumoBot competition. Kids will learn the physics and concepts of robots through building and programing... controlling motors, reading sensors... that lead to a competition at the end of the camp. An understanding of the engineering process combined with fun competition will provide students a whole were of fun and learning. Students will learn how to problem solve, work in teams and deal with failure, all skills needed in the real world. 

Registration is required. Daily class size is limited.

Students can bring a drink (bottled, capped) and non-peanut snack(s).

Participants must be 8 years to 14 years old when the program starts.
