Coding & Game Design Camp
Session 1: June 8-12, M-F, 1-4PM, $325
Ages: 8-14 years
Learn to create online games using popular computer gaming platforms that allow users to play with friends, create challenges, and more. This course teaches children how to create their own game on platforms like MIT’s Scratch and Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. Students learn basic to advanced coding techniques: Game Design, Coding concepts, Graphic design, Game interaction... As a result, children can publish their own game online and have people play it! Students should be familiar with using a computer and mouse.
Registration is required. Daily class size is limited.
Students can bring a drink (bottled, capped) and non-peanut snack(s).
